Biggest Loser Fitness Program July 14, 2010 Lyndon Stevens (Haines City, FL) I have been using this book since I received it and I just love it. I love the advice that the contestants give you and the trainers too. Its real people who have lost the weight and its makes it that much more real. The layout of the book is great. Everything is explained in simple, easy to follow language.
Biggest Loser Fitness Program February 16, 2010 insights (Florida) I would recommend this book that contains both traditional and innovative exercises recommended by the famous trainer, Jillian.
Biggest Loser Exercise November 1, 2009 Blayne D. Brokens (Pocatello, Idaho) I think this is a good and helpful book for anyone who is trying to lose weight and eat right.
Great book! August 26, 2009 Deborah S. Bayless (Springfield, MO) 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
This was a great book with lots of good advice. If you are serious about getting fit, this is an easy to follow program that will get you results with little equipment.
The only thing I thought could've been better organized about the book itself was the actual suggested routines. They are separated beginner, intermediate, advanced workout 1, then they start over for workout 2 and again for 3. I thought if you are a beginner, all 3 workouts should be grouped together, the the intermediate, then advanced. Also, I thought these pages should've come as a pullout poster or something. It is sort of hard to remember what to do without the book right there in front of you. Those are the only reasons I gave it 4 stars instead of 5.
Good book for DIYers June 13, 2009 J. Noordhoek 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
This book gives effective training workouts for various levels of ability, plus tips from contestants on the show. I think it serves its intended purpose well. The only negative I have to say about it is the way the women are dressed in the book. If you are looking for a workout then you probably don't look like those women and don't need to see them in such immodest attire to help your self esteem. The women should dress normally as do the men in the book!
